1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website, developer APIs, or deterministic AI compute services provided by NorAI Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform.
2. Infrastructure SLA & Availability
NorAI guarantees sub-10ms neural execution SLA bounds for enterprise subscription tiers subject to the provisions of individual Master Services Agreements (MSA). Public website APIs and preview endpoints are provided on an "as-is" basis.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All zero-knowledge compiler architectures, FPGA hardware firmware designs, trade secrets, logos, and digital site content are the exclusive intellectual property of NorAI Technologies.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
